In this role, the Customer Marketing Manager will translate global strategy into locally relevant campaigns and programs that strengthen account engagement, generate inbound opportunities, and influence pipeline growth. The position offers autonomy, ownership, and close collaboration with regional Sales leadership in a fast-moving international environment.

What will you do?

  • Own and execute customer and field marketing programs across high-touch and premium segments in EMEA.
  • Increase account engagement through tailored initiatives aligned with regional priorities.
  • Partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and refine regional go-to-market execution.
  • Drive inbound opportunities and influence pipeline growth through targeted engagement.
  • Track, measure, and optimize activities based on KPIs such as engagement, opportunity influence, and ROI.
  • Continuously improve regional marketing operations through insight-backed refinements.
  • Design and implement the EMEA event calendar, including industry events, customer events, and webinars.
  • Manage regional marketing budget decisions tied to commercial impact.
  • Ensure events and programs are locally relevant and aligned with global playbooks.
  • Localize global campaigns to resonate with EMEA and DACH audiences.
  • Provide structured market feedback to inform global strategy.
  • Identify regional trends, competitive dynamics, and market needs that unlock better performance.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on field marketing, customer marketing, or revenue-aligned marketing.
  • Strong commercial mindset, with an understanding of pipeline, account engagement, opportunity influence, and ROI.
  • Proven track record of owning regional programs, events, and budget decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Professional-level German language skills are required.
  • Ability to balance hands-on execution with analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, such as Salesforce or Braze, is a plus.
  • AI-first and experimental mindset, with a proactive approach to using AI to work smarter, uncover insights faster, and increase marketing impact.
