We are looking for a Power Platform Tech Lead for a global flexible workspace provider in Europe!

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Power Platform professional to take ownership of technical delivery while remaining hands-on with development and integrations. The role offers the chance to work on large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation projects within a fast-paced international environment.

What will you do?

• Design, build, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps

• Develop complex Power Automate flows integrated with Dynamics 365 F&O and CE

• Build and support Dataverse-based solutions interacting with Dynamics data models

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Power Platform and integration issues

• Act as the technical lead for Power Platform delivery across projects

• Lead solution design and ensure alignment with architectural standards

• Perform code reviews and ensure quality, performance, and maintainability

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Power Platform developers

• Design and implement integrations with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Build and maintain integrations with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

• Use APIs, standard connectors, custom connectors, and event-driven integration patterns

• Implement and maintain ALM and CI/CD practices for Power Platform solutions

• Support deployments, hotfixes, and release activities

• Collaborate closely with Architects, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, and Project Managers

• Act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges within delivery teams

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate

• Proven experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

• Proven experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)

• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Dynamics data models, and security

• Experience working with APIs, custom connectors, and integration patterns

• Strong experience with Power Platform ALM and DevOps practices

• Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Functions

• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Fluent English skills
