Are you a strong people leader with a passion for aesthetics, operations, and process optimization? We are looking for an experienced Head of Appearance to oversee and elevate visual presentation standards across multiple studio environments in Bucharest.

Your Responsibilities
As Head of Appearance, you will lead the Appearance Department and ensure all visual standards, workflows, and operations are executed efficiently and consistently.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Appearance Department
- Coach and support Team Leaders and managers in their professional development
- Monitor team performance and implement improvement initiatives where needed
- Drive projects aligned with company goals and operational efficiency
Process Improvement & Operations
- Review and optimize internal processes and workflows
- Improve stock management accuracy and reporting systems
- Analyze department KPIs and provide structured reports to senior management
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and studio operations
Budget & Procurement
- Manage department budgets and purchasing activities
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high visual standards
- Support supplier management and procurement negotiations
Appearance Standards & Brand Consistency
- Maintain high-quality and consistent appearance standards across studios
- Ensure all visual guidelines and image standards are implemented correctly
- Support the development and launch of new studios and operational hubs
What We’re Looking For
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial or leadership role
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Experience managing multiple teams and cross-functional projects
- Budget management and procurement experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience with stock management and operational optimization
- Interest or experience in beauty, fashion, or visual presentation is considered a plus
