What will you do?

  • Lead customer-facing sessions to gather payroll implementation requirements

  • Manage SAP payroll implementation through all project phases

  • Provide application support and consultancy aligned with best practices

  • Generate efficient, error-free customizations and implementations

  • Conduct and validate system tests using various test data

  • Prepare technical and functional documentation for implemented packages

  • Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and project milestones

  • Report progress regularly to the Team/Project Manager

  • Maintain communication with stakeholders at appropriate levels

  • Document and communicate issue resolutions and root causes

  • Understand HR workflows and SAP HR architecture

  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assigned project packages

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent

  • Proven experience implementing SAP HCM applications

  • Participation in 3+ SAP German payroll rollouts

  • Strong commitment to service quality in the HR field

  • Client-focused with a high sense of accountability

  • Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Discretion with confidential information

  • In-depth knowledge of German payroll processes

  • Fluent in German
