Are you a passionate people leader with experience managing large operational teams in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Game Presenter Team Manager to drive team performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence within a dynamic international organization.
This role is ideal for an experienced manager who thrives on coaching, mentoring, and developing talent while ensuring operational targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Your Responsibilities
People Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and directly manage a team of 25+ employees
- Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and engagement
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Support employee growth through continuous feedback, mentoring, and career development planning
- Facilitate effective team communication and foster a supportive working environment
Operational Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent achievement of operational KPIs
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and overall team performance
- Manage absence, disciplinary, and grievance processes in line with company policies
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
Performance & Development
- Analyze performance trends and address gaps through targeted improvement plans
- Collaborate closely with training teams to support onboarding and ongoing employee development
- Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and team performance
- Recognize and develop high-potential talent within the team
Compliance & Quality Standards
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational objectives with business goals
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, quality, and operational discipline
- Ensure all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements are followed consistently
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Proven experience directly managing teams of at least 25 employees
- Experience in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience within iGaming, Live Casino, or related industries is considered an advantage
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Degree in Management, Business, or a related field is considered a plus
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Flexibility to work shifts when required
