What will you do?

• Maintain, update, and coordinate the organisation’s Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework and all related documentation
• Conduct and update Business Impact Analyses (BIA) for all critical business functions to assess potential risks and impact
• Coordinate and perform Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DRP) testing scenarios with IT and business teams, ensuring recovery strategies meet business needs and infrastructure capabilities (RTO/RPO alignment)
• Oversee continuity and recovery procedures during disruptive events, tracking results, reporting, and driving corrective actions and improvements
• Support wider IT GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) tasks such as governance documentation, policy updates, audit preparation and compliance coordination
• Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on continuity and disaster recovery processes, and participate in continuity-related audits

Candidate profile

• BSc (or equivalent) in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resilience; experience in a financial services or Forex/brokerage environment is a strong advantage
• Solid understanding of Business Continuity frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 22301, or equivalent resilience/continuity standards/regulations)
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams across IT and business domains
• Ability to prepare and manage continuity documentation, conduct impact analyses, lead testing & drills, and support audit and compliance activities
• English language proficiency; eligible to work in Cyprus
