Our fast-growing, award-winning SaaS client in the travel and hospitality sector is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join its French market team. This organization provides a leading cloud-based booking and property management platform used daily by over 30,000 small independent B&Bs, guesthouses, vacation rental owners, and boutique hotels across Europe and North America.

Role Overview

This is a customer success-focused role requiring both technical and communication skills. The successful candidate will provide front-line support to French-speaking customers, helping them resolve issues with the platform via phone, live chat, and support portal. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, and the team is composed of both seasoned professionals and new talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver first-line support in French, resolving up to 85% of customer issues on first contact

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with the software, including antivirus and firewall interference

  • Remotely access customer systems to investigate and resolve problems

  • Escalate unresolved technical cases to internal R&D teams using CRM tools

  • Meet or exceed established customer service KPIs

  • Provide both technical and general product support

  • Monitor and identify recurring issues and report trends to management

About You

  • 2–5 years' experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer service roles

  • Fluent/native in French and excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Passion for technology and a natural problem-solver

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Calm, professional, and target-driven with a proactive mindset

  • Customer-focused with a “first-time resolution” approach
