We are seeking an International Sales Account Executive to join a fast-growing global leader in digital learning solutions. What will you do?

  • Own and manage a sales pipeline focused on international direct sales using MEDDPICC methodology.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive outreach and sales execution.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries across European time zones (CET), Monday–Friday.
  • Engage with prospects to conduct needs analysis, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and present subscription solutions that match client needs.
  • Create quotes, lead commercial negotiations, and drive deals to successful close.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and in-country channel partners to process and fulfill international orders.
  • Offer commercial teaching and industry insights that challenge prospect assumptions and encourage transformative buying decisions.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the full product suite, primarily Articulate 360.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • At least 2 years of proven success in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Demonstrated ability to win new business and expand existing customer accounts.
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM/sales tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to adapt messaging for diverse global audiences.
  • Ability to independently manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Motivated, accountable, and customer-obsessed with a can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred

  • Background in SaaS sales or selling subscription-based digital solutions.
  • Experience in international markets and/or working with channel sales partners.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology.
  • Previous success working in a remote-first sales environment.
