This reputable IT company is dedicated to modernizing the IT landscape for their clients, driving efficiency, agility, and innovation to achieve their digital ambitions. Serving large organizations across various industries and the public sector, they focus on ServiceNow as a leading IT Service Management platform within the market. Currently, they are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to lead innovation and excellence within their team of developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement ServiceNow modules ITSM and HR for our customers.
  • Able to implement integration using REST API or any other standard integration platforms available.
  • Contribute as ServiceNow developer in projects ranging from simple to complex.
  • Analyze and resolve production issues around implemented solution based on ServiceNow.
  • Handle code migration from development to test to production instances of ServiceNow.
  • Support end users with queries around ServiceNow based implemented solution.

Requirements:

  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator and preferably Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM and CSM
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow developer working for clients
  • Strong technical knowledge about on-premise ServiceNow ITSM and CSM module
  • Candidates with strong experience in implementing ServiceNow native automation capabilities are preferred.
  • Proven track record working in ServiceNow platform as technical consultant. Analyses and improves current implementation and solutions.
  • Is able to explain and present new ideas and solutions.
