A Business Intelligence Tableau Analyst is sought for an opportunity in Cyprus within a fast-growing international digital entertainment organization.

Now, they are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Business Intelligence Tableau Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. Ideally, this person is proficient in data analysis and can provide data-driven strategic insights to influence business decisions. This role focuses on Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and reports, translating complex data into business insights, and maintaining data integrity.

What will you do?

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau

  • Connect Tableau to multiple data sources to enable real-time or batch data analysis

  • Conduct detailed data exploration, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency of visualizations

  • Utilize advanced Tableau functionalities such as parameters, actions, tooltips, and APIs to build analytical dashboards

  • Establish and promote visualization standards, best practices, and design guidelines

  • Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

  • Collaborate with various business units to understand data requirements and deliver effective analytical solutions

  • Optimize user experience through interactive dashboards, reports, and storytelling features

  • Present analytical findings and insights clearly to stakeholders

  • Provide training and support to internal teams and end-users on Tableau tools and dashboards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or operations research

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science, business intelligence, or a related analytical role

  • Strong experience in data visualization and dashboard development using Tableau

  • Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and Python

  • Solid understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively both independently and within a team

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business value

  • Confidence working with and presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Proactive mindset with a high level of drive and adaptability

  • Experience within the gaming or digital entertainment industry is considered an advantage
