We are looking for a Country Manager for a global leader in flexible workspace solutions in Morocco!
The Country Manager is responsible for leading all business operations within the country, maximizing revenue growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales, manage cross-functional teams, and develop strong market presence through capital-light growth initiatives.

What will you do?

Provide leadership to the country team and drive achievement of performance targets.

Conduct monthly business reviews to monitor progress against key KPIs.

Maximize lead conversion to increase sales revenue.

Lead execution of country-specific sales plans.

Expand network via investment partners, landlords, and capital-light partnerships.

Drive operational efficiency and cost management across functions.
