Job description

As Country Manager, you will lead our clients operations, growth, and performance across Ukraine. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic commercial management with hands-on operational delivery. You will own the country P&L, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer experience, and lead a diverse team to deliver our clients ambition: to make hybrid working accessible everywhere.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership

  • Own and deliver the country’s financial performance, including revenue and profit targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all our clients brands and channels.
  • Forge new partnerships to accelerate network expansion. 

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure centres operate efficiently, with high occupancy and outstanding customer service.
  • Champion innovative workplace design and operational innovation.

Team Leadership

  • Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that embodies our clients customer centric culture.
  • Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and network development functions.
  • Drive accountability and performance through clear KPIs and data-driven management.

Customer & Partner Engagement

  • Represent our client as the market leader in flexible workspace, building strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong commercial track-record of driving month on month top and bottom-line growth.
  • Outstanding leadership skills – you have recruited, trained, and retained a best in class team.
  • Good at setting priorities, putting plans in place and using data to review performance.
  • Understands and manage levers that maximize revenue and profitability including price  and enquiry conversion.
  • Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong  business relationships.
  • Well organised, good at setting priorities for self and others.
  • Resilient and a strong work ethic.
