Job description
As Country Manager, you will lead our clients operations, growth, and performance across Ukraine. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines strategic commercial management with hands-on operational delivery. You will own the country P&L, drive revenue growth, ensure exceptional customer experience, and lead a diverse team to deliver our clients ambition: to make hybrid working accessible everywhere.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership
- Own and deliver the country’s financial performance, including revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans across all our clients brands and channels.
- Forge new partnerships to accelerate network expansion.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure centres operate efficiently, with high occupancy and outstanding customer service.
- Champion innovative workplace design and operational innovation.
Team Leadership
- Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that embodies our clients customer centric culture.
- Foster collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and network development functions.
- Drive accountability and performance through clear KPIs and data-driven management.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Represent our client as the market leader in flexible workspace, building strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Strong commercial track-record of driving month on month top and bottom-line growth.
- Outstanding leadership skills – you have recruited, trained, and retained a best in class team.
- Good at setting priorities, putting plans in place and using data to review performance.
- Understands and manage levers that maximize revenue and profitability including price and enquiry conversion.
- Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to build strong business relationships.
- Well organised, good at setting priorities for self and others.
- Resilient and a strong work ethic.
