We are looking for a Country Sales Lead to join a global leader in flexible workspace solutions in the Caribbean!

The Country Sales Lead will drive sales growth and operational excellence, playing a critical role in our client's global expansion strategy. This position requires a driven, results-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen and proven leadership capabilities to build market presence, close high-value deals, and optimize existing business performance.

What will you do?

  • Agree high-value deals to deliver inspiring new partner locations and expand the client network in the Caribbean.
  • Generate awareness and visibility of the partnership proposition in the market, acting as a strong brand ambassador.
  • Network with local business communities to gain market intelligence and generate sales leads.
  • Convert commercial discussions into signed contracts with the support of the legal team.
  • Spend significant time in the field, generating leads, meeting customers, and closing deals.
  • Maximize revenues through increased sales conversion, customer retention, and margin optimization.
  • Engage with existing customers to improve satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
  • Assess local market pricing and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
  • Sell space across existing and new centers, leveraging negotiation skills to secure long-term relationships.
  • Proactively hunt for new business and continually assess market potential.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and lead the area team, monitoring performance and productivity.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance appraisals to direct reports.

  • Sales leader with B2B solution selling experience and a hunter mentality.
  • Strong commercial background with a proven track record of driving profitable growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently grow top-line sales results.
  • Proactive networker with experience generating leads in business communities.
  • Proven success in managing, tracking, and closing complex sales opportunities.
  • Highly motivated, self-reliant, and ambitious with a growth-focused mindset.
  • Experienced in leading, resourcing, and training high-performing teams.
  • Skilled in monitoring performance and producing accurate, timely reports.
  • Professional communicator with the ability to build relationships at senior levels.
