We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager for a leading global provider of hybrid workspace solutions in Valencia, Spain!
This position plays a central role in building long-term, high-value relationships with large corporate clients, delivering innovative workplace solutions that support employee flexibility and corporate sustainability goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive business developer with a passion for solution-based selling and relationship management.

What will you do?

Develop, expand, and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise sales opportunities.

Generate profitable new revenue streams through strategic sales of workspace solutions to large corporate clients.

Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise accounts to understand and meet their evolving needs.

Collaborate with external partners such as corporate real estate advisors and management consultants to unlock new sales opportunities.

Coordinate with internal operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple geographies.

Provide market and customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services.

Contribute to broader strategic business development initiatives as needed.
Candidate profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Proven track record of closing large, complex deals and consistently exceeding sales targets.

Experience in B2B solution or service-based sales targeting large enterprises.

Strong capability to design customized workspace solutions and contract structures.

Comfortable operating within a matrix organizational structure.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at board level.
