About the Role

As a Game Mathematician, you’ll use your analytical and creative skills to design the mathematical models behind engaging, high-quality slot games.

You’ll collaborate closely with designers, developers, and artists to create exciting gameplay experiences that keep players coming back.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed mathematical models for online casino games.
• Perform analysis, validation, and simulation of mathematical models to ensure performance and compliance.
• Support Game Producers in fine-tuning game concepts and mechanics.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement designed mathematical frameworks.
• Create and maintain model documentation and PAR sheets.
• Keep comprehensive records of games, versions, and simulation outcomes.
• Provide insights and explanations on math-related topics to designers, developers, compliance teams, and other stakeholders.

Ideal Requirements

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science.
• Excellent understanding of combinatorics, statistics, and probability theory.
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Previous experience as a Game Mathematician or in a similar analytical role is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Passion for games — both from a designer’s and player’s perspective.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
