About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing international SaaS provider that supports the hospitality and accommodation industries. Their award-winning cloud-based booking and property management platform is used daily by thousands of independent hotels, guesthouses, vacation rentals, and B&Bs across Europe and North America.
With a strong presence in multiple European markets and beyond, the company is expanding its footprint in the DACH region and is seeking a motivated Activation & Training Agent to join their team in Germany.
The Role
This position plays a critical role in customer success, focusing on the smooth onboarding and activation of new and existing customers. You will ensure clients are trained effectively and set up correctly on the platform, enabling them to get the most value from the solution.
You will be the key point of contact during onboarding, making sure each customer’s first experience is seamless, professional, and impactful.
Responsibilities

Take ownership of customers from initial training through to full online activation

Ensure property content and rate setup is optimized according to best practices, maximizing performance across direct websites and OTA channels (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia)

Troubleshoot technical issues where possible and escalate when needed to support or distribution teams

Collaborate with colleagues to improve training methodologies, documentation, and resources (help guides, templates, FAQs, etc.)

Maintain accurate reporting of all client interactions and training activities in CRM systems
About You

Eligible to work in Germany
-
University degree required
-
2–3 years’ experience in a customer onboarding, product support, or technical helpdesk role

Native-level German (written and spoken) and fluent English for internal communication

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with proven experience resolving technical issues

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Professional, calm under pressure, polite, and highly self-motivated to achieve KPIs and objectives

Able to simplify complex technical information for a non-technical audience

Quick learner with strong aptitude for new technologies
