What will you do?

  • Prospect and identify new B2B customers in the German market

  • Make a high volume of daily cold calls to generate qualified leads

  • Book meetings with potential clients and hand them over to Sales Executives

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a high-quality sales pipeline

  • Track your activities and performance in HubSpot CRM

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve conversion

  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs

  • Celebrate wins with your energetic team

Candidate profile

  • Driven, resilient, and goal-oriented

  • Thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments

  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling

  • Structured and proactive multitasker

  • Fluent in German (native or near-native) and English

  • Open to relocation or already based in Gothenburg

  • Bonus: experience in B2B sales or SDR role

  • Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs

  • Bonus: background in SaaS, tech, or logistics

  • Bonus: speaks Swedish
