What will you do?

  • Identify and qualify new leads through targeted research and outreach strategies.
  • Engage in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to establish initial contact.
  • Handle inbound leads and follow up on marketing-driven prospects.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize outreach strategies and achieve target objectives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed lead generation and meeting goals.

 

Candidate profile

  • A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English and native-level German proficiency are required; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales are required, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • High energy, a proactive mindset, and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Confidence in using LinkedIn, crafting engaging emails, and making impactful phone calls.
