We are looking for a Territory Sales Representative for a leading design and manufacturing software company in Barcelona, Spain!
This role focuses on hunting and closing new business opportunities through the channel, meeting sales quotas via up-selling, cross-selling, and add-on sales. The Territory Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving data-driven digital transformation across industries including architecture, engineering, manufacturing, and media.

What will you do?
- Be responsible for a defined territory, generating and closing deals within target accounts by developing existing accounts and creating tailored account plans
- Identify C-Level decision-makers and influencers and understand their business needs, timelines, and budgets
- Address customer challenges by articulating how advanced solutions accelerate business outcomes
- Manage your sales pipeline and forecast with precision to meet or exceed targets
- Deliver high-quality executive presentations and run impactful discovery workshops with clients
- Work closely with Customer Success, License Compliance, Technical Sales, and Channel Partners to maximize value and drive market share growth
- Leverage the wider ecosystem of presales, consultants, field sales, partners, and services for strategic account success
Candidate profile
- Native in German, with fluency in English
- 3+ years of direct sales experience in the IT or SaaS industry
- Background in engineering, IT, or manufacturing is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills and experience engaging C-Level stakeholders
- Results-driven, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable working in hybrid environments and managing internal and external stakeholders effectively
