A leading provider of premium flexible workspaces is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive revenue and pipeline generation across Germany. This role offers full ownership of the growth engine within a fast-scaling, design-led international business.

What will you do?
- Own and drive growth across Germany through a full-funnel, performance-driven marketing strategy
- Build, execute, and continuously optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Take ownership of pipeline generation and revenue contribution in close collaboration with Sales
- Manage and optimize acquisition channels including paid media, SEO, CRM/lifecycle, partnerships, and activations
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new locations, including market analysis, positioning, and launch execution
- Monitor and optimize funnel performance, focusing on CAC, conversion rates, LTV, and payback periods
- Experiment with new channels, messaging, and growth levers to unlock scalable opportunities
- Manage external agencies and partners while maintaining a hands-on approach
- Drive local partnerships, events, and activations that contribute to pipeline growth
- Develop high-converting, localized assets to support campaigns and sales efforts
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local leadership and global teams to align on targets and performance
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or demand generation roles
- 3–5+ years of direct ownership of pipeline and/or revenue generation
- Strong B2B background, ideally within SaaS, marketplaces, proptech, or real estate
- Proven track record of building and scaling lead generation and revenue funnels
- Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and payback metrics
- Experience managing marketing budgets with clear ROI accountability
- Hands-on experience with demand generation channels (performance marketing, SEO, conversion optimization)
- Strong commercial mindset, including pricing, packaging, and deal logic
- Experience working closely with Sales teams or shared ownership of revenue targets
- Advanced experience with CRM and funnel management tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and experimental mindset
- Fluency in German and English
