What will you do?

• Oversee all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, L&D, and HR project implementation

• Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with business goals

• Lead recruitment, talent development systems, and conduct regular talent reviews

• Create and manage employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies

• Identify training needs and oversee delivery of training programs

• Enhance employee engagement, manage performance cycles, and resolve employee relations issues

• Standardize HR procedures and optimize employee experience

• Lead strategic HR initiatives, change management, and continuous process improvements

• Forecast workloads and develop strategic staffing plans

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of experience in comprehensive HR management roles

• Strong proficiency across HR modules including recruitment, performance, and compliance

• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with influence at senior levels

• Highly organized, results-oriented, and discreet with confidential matters

• Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment
