An award-winning, cloud-based booking and property management platform is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist for the Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese markets. The platform supports independent accommodation providers by helping them showcase their properties, manage reservations, and connect with guests.

Its flagship product offers an all-in-one solution for managing online bookings, guests, and travel agency partnerships. Currently, the platform is used by over 30,000 small independent B&Bs, guesthouses, vacation rental owners, and hotels to run their businesses efficiently.

Operating in multiple markets including the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, and North America, the company is known for its focus on staff development, a strong customer-first philosophy, and a clear vision for growth.


Responsibilities

This is a key role centered on customer success. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for training and setting up both new and existing customers on the platform.

The onboarding process should be executed efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring each customer's first experience is positive. The role directly impacts both the customer's online performance and their ability to use the SaaS platform effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of each customer from initial remote training to full online account activation

  • Ensuring accurate content and rate setup to optimize performance on both the customer's website and OTAs (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com)

  • Troubleshooting implementation issues, escalating to technical support or distribution teams when needed

  • Contributing to the development of training methodologies and resources, including guides and templates

  • Accurately documenting all client interactions and training activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM


About You

  • BA/BSc in Computer Science, Travel & Tourism, or equivalent

  • 2–5 years of experience in a Customer Support, SaaS Software Support, Online Training, or hospitality operations role involving booking software

  • Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English (verbal and written); Portuguese is a plus

  • Comfortable handling changing priorities and managing a high volume of records

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users

  • Professional, calm under pressure, KPI-driven, and highly self-motivated

  • Quick to learn new technologies

  • Must be based near Málaga and eligible to work in Spain
