What will you do?

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities and define product requirements.

• Develop user-centered product features by transforming insights and feedback into tangible enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver strategic product initiatives.

• Apply data-driven methodologies to inform product decisions and continuously improve product performance.

• Communicate transparently with stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress and strategic shifts.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, ideally within digital or gaming sectors.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and software development processes.

• Task-oriented, pragmatic, and results-driven individual.

• Passion for gaming and good knowledge of the industry is a strong advantage.
