What will you do?

• Develop and execute annual strategic PR and marketing communication plans across the cluster

• Lead all public relations initiatives in alignment with business goals

• Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and journalists to drive positive coverage

• Manage creation of press materials, media kits, and internal communication assets

• Act as the primary spokesperson and manage crisis communications when required

• Organize media events, press trips, and community engagement campaigns

• Partner with marketing team to ensure alignment of PR efforts with brand strategy

• Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare regular performance reports

• Stay ahead of industry trends to position the brand as a market leader

Requirements

• Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PR within luxury hospitality or a related industry

• Strong relationships with local, regional (GCC), and international media

• Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills

• Demonstrated experience in crisis communication and media training

• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns

• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
