What will you do?

  • Lead the Reservation and Revenue Management departments across the cluster

  • Act as business owner of all revenue systems and tools (RMS, PMS, BI, benchmarking)

  • Optimize inventory, pricing, parity, and distribution across all channels

  • Translate business analytics into actionable strategies to improve revenue performance

  • Drive optimal pricing strategies across room classes and market segments

  • Track and analyze KPIs on the Commercial Scorecard with a focus on performance improvement

  • Partner with Sales on group pricing and education on best practices

  • Forecast market trends and adjust strategies to ensure profitability in all demand cycles

  • Own the relationship with OTA Market Managers

  • Lead revenue forecast creation and accuracy monitoring

  • Chair Revenue Strategy meetings and drive commercial alignment

  • Support Sales, Marketing, and Finance in annual budget and goal setting

  • Coordinate with PR, Marketing, and Reservations on promotional strategy

  • Guide upselling initiatives at the front office, adjusting supplements as needed

  • Define and manage rate strategies, segment ceilings, and incentive plans for reservations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)

  • 5+ years in revenue management with a proven track record of revenue growth

  • Deep understanding of the luxury hospitality market and customer behaviour

  • Strategic mindset with advanced analytical capabilities

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English; additional language is a plus

  • Proficiency in RMS, PMS, BI, benchmarking, and sales & catering systems
