We are looking for a Country Manager for a global leader in flexible workspace solutions in Singapore!

The Country Manager is responsible for leading all business operations within the country, maximizing revenue growth and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive sales, manage cross-functional teams, and develop strong market presence through capital-light growth initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Provide leadership to the Singapore team and drive achievement of performance targets.

  • Conduct monthly business reviews to monitor progress against key KPIs.

  • Maximize lead conversion to increase sales revenue.

  • Lead execution of country-specific sales plans.

  • Expand the network via investment partners, landlords, and capital-light partnerships.

  • Drive operational efficiency and cost management across functions.

  • Ensure customer-centric service delivery to foster satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to maintain pricing relevance and market positioning.

  • Represent the brand externally and cultivate business development opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with Group teams to align and execute strategic initiatives.
