We are hiring a Dutch Payroll Specialist to join our client’s growing team in Spain. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for Dutch entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of client satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time position with clear development opportunities and a supportive international team.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and process Dutch payroll from start to finish
  • Support new client implementations and go-lives
  • Maintain and update client documentation and work instructions
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and payroll standards
  • Handle escalations and support resolution of technical or process issues
  • Monitor and apply upcoming legislative changes
  • Support year-end processes and reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation efforts
  • Provide coaching and support to team members when needed

 

Your Profile

  • Native-level Dutch and good command of English
  • Previous experience in payroll, preferably within HR consulting, outsourcing, or a corporate environment
  • Strong understanding of Dutch payroll processes and legislation
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential data
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced international environment
