We are looking for an Account Manager (Dutch-speaking) to join a global digital platform in Amsterdam, Netherlands!

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships within the Benelux market. The role involves supporting clients post-sale, driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention, as well as identifying new revenue opportunities. You’ll work in a high-growth, dynamic environment that values proactive client engagement and strong commercial performance.

What will you do?

  • Manage a large portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise clients within the Benelux region.

  • Drive high renewal and retention rates through effective client relationship management.

  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and expand existing contracts.

  • Understand client business objectives and ensure product usage aligns with delivering value.

  • Develop long-term relationships and success plans to drive client satisfaction and growth.

  • Onboard new clients and ensure complete utilization of their subscriptions.

  • Act as a strategic advisor and communicate best practices to maximize ROI.

  • Navigate competitive environments and uncover new revenue streams.

Candidate profile

  • Fluent in Dutch with strong English proficiency.

  • Proven experience in commercial account management, ideally in SaaS or digital platforms.

  • Experience managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

  • Capable of handling renewal-focused conversations in a solution-oriented manner.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative, and target-driven environment.
