Start Date: May
Base Salary: €2,700 gross per month + commission

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Regularly follow up on and nurture outbound leads to keep potential clients engaged.
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage and track interactions with prospects.
- Analyze the market and tailor strategies to boost conversion rates.
- Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition to spark interest among prospects.
- Identify and leverage industry trends to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads.
- Test and optimize email content and delivery strategies to improve engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and apply data-driven decisions to enhance results.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand outreach efforts with innovative tactics.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound initiatives with business goals.
- Continuously seek out new opportunities and channels to grow the prospect base.
Key Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a background in hospitality and/or SaaS.
- Strong business development and sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with CRM software and email marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills for interpreting data and informing strategies.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
