Location: Ireland
Employment Type: Full-time, Remote

Important: Training for this position takes place in Lisbon, with the company covering flights, accommodation, and lunches during this period.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle, from following up on demonstration requests and marketing-qualified leads to closing deals. Your role includes identifying key decision-makers, understanding their business challenges, and generating interest in the company’s solutions. You will schedule and track product demonstrations, ensuring all activities are well-documented and CRM data remains accurate.

Once a deal is closed, you will facilitate a seamless handover to the Implementation team. Additionally, you will contribute valuable insights into the local market and cultural trends to enhance inbound marketing efforts. Staying informed about industry trends and competitors is essential. Depending on the role’s requirements, you may also prospect in person or travel as needed, in addition to handling other assigned responsibilities.

Key Skills

Must-Have:

  • Fluent in English (Irish)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or technology sectors

  • Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, particularly independent hotel operations

  • Industry and product expertise: ability to articulate value propositions clearly

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry

  • SaaS experience is an advantage
