What will you do?

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth Norwegian clients.
  • Manage a client portfolio of approximately €100–150 million in assets.
  • Act as the key liaison between the client and internal departments including research, trading, and investment policy.
  • Communicate proactively with clients regarding market conditions, portfolio updates, and investment strategy.
  • Educate clients on financial markets and guide them through portfolio changes.
  • Participate in advanced training and mentoring programs to deepen market expertise.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in private client services within banking or wealth management.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • CFA (or working toward CFA) preferred.
  • IMC or CISI Level 4 qualification is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and client needs in the Nordic region.
  • Native Norwegian speaker with fluent English skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • High levels of empathy, professionalism, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
