About the job:
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Social Media Specialist to join their Content team. The ideal candidate will create and optimize social media and email marketing campaigns in German and English to drive engagement and conversions. Key responsibilities include developing strategies, enhancing our social media presence, and analyzing campaign performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry and social media tools is essential, with video design and community management skills as a bonus. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who takes ownership and thrives in a dynamic environment.
What you will be doing:
  • Social Media Management: Take full ownership of our social media portals, enhancing their performance and competitiveness.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute end-to-end social media, from conceptualization to delivery and analysis, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for social media that aligns with our brand voice, utilizing persuasive copy, appealing visuals, and strong calls to action.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness, implement A/B testing, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Show creativity in developing standout campaigns and bring fresh ideas to lead innovative projects that resonate with our audience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, along with a proactive, innovative mindset.
What would make you a great fit?
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Social media skills with 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • You should be self-motivated, team-orientated and customer-focused.
  • You have a strong interest in Sports.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
