We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive ERP sales in the packaging industry!

So what would be your role and purpose?
As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client’s ERP presence within the packaging industry. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and demonstrating the value of our solutions. This role requires a strong mix of relationship-building, consultative selling, and technical understanding to effectively present ERP solutions that address industry challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek new business within the customer base through outreach, marketing collaborations, industry events, webinars, and networking.

Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation: Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges related to order-to-cash and manufacturing processes. Work closely with sales engineers to deliver tailored presentations highlighting the value of our client’s ERP solutions.

Proposal Development & Deal Closure: Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable proposals and lead the sales cycle, overcoming objections and securing new accounts.

Market Expertise & Competitive Positioning: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our client’s ERP solutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, business development, and technical teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.

Pipeline Management & Reporting: Use CRM tools (Salesforce) to build and manage a strong sales pipeline, track activities, forecast deals, and report performance to management.
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in B2B ERP sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with the folding carton industry and common ERP-related challenges, such as costing, production scheduling, reporting, and material management.

ERP Knowledge: Experience with systems like EFI-Radius, AIcomp, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar solutions.

Sales Acumen: Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers.

Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience selling to senior-level stakeholders.

Time Management & Motivation: Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks without close supervision.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Location: Preferred location is Mexico.
