The company is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of photovoltaic equipment and components, the fabrication and sale of metal structures, and energy performance contracting. It is a wholly owned enterprise of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan legal persons, held entirely by China Photovoltaic Group Holdings Co., Ltd. By 2023 it employed 157 people and had been recognized as a High-New-Tech Enterprise and a “Specialized, Refined, Distinctive and Innovative” Little Giant. Its core offerings are intelligent tracking bracket systems and high-strength steel mounting systems—complete ground-mount solutions for solar PV plants.
Job Description Basic Information
1. Business objectives: develop new customers and new projects, and be responsible for the achievement of personal sales objectives.
2. Customer situation maintenance: regular visits to old customers (including business trips and telephone calls) to ensure that the company understands the needs in the supplier list; Return visits to historical projects for satisfaction surveys; Public relations and entertainment for key project personnel and teams.
3. Bidding and order management: master the regional market and customer bidding information and competitive prices; Prepare and summarize bidding documents and contract materials and organize evaluation; Follow up the execution, delivery, collection and guarantee management of orders after signing the contract.
4. Coordination between pre-sales, mid-sales and after-sales: analyze the project, design plan and estimate the budget with the customer in the early stage of the project and put it on the short list; Organize multi-department meetings for project requirements, etc. Organize multi-department analysis of customer complaints and after-sales.
5. Follow-up of collection: follow-up of collection according to the time agreed in the contract, and be responsible for follow-up of collection of accounts receivable.
6. Daily work: provide project weekly reports to analyze the sales situation; Assist in marketing, planning exhibitions and expanding customer channels; Attend company and department meetings and cooperate with the work.
7. Other work: complete the temporary tasks arranged by the company and department leaders.
- Requirements
More than 1-3 years sales experience, 2 years experience in photovoltaic industry, familiar with foreign trade terminology, process and import and export matters. - Proficient in business English, Spanish or Portuguese to communicate with customers.
- Have the ability to travel independently at home and abroad, and adapt to the difference in length in the region.
- Experience in market research, customer and project development, able to quickly grasp industry and product information, and formulate public relations strategies to expand orders.
- Master customer development skills and make good use of Google and other platforms to screen opportunities for customers and projects.
- Cheerful personality, good communication, driver's license, team spirit, loyalty and identity with the company culture.
