About the Role
Our client is a global leader in flexible workspace solutions, expanding rapidly across Asia. Due to strong regional growth, they are seeking a senior leader to drive partnership expansion and lead a high-performing team across five key markets.

Role Overview
You will lead a team of 17 Partnership Sales Directors & Managers, responsible for driving multi-channel growth through partnership sales, franchise development, and strategic commercial deals. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to close high-value, complex agreements. You will regularly support local teams in the field and execute a clear growth plan across Bangladesh, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a regional business development team to meet aggressive growth targets.

  • Identify, pitch, and secure new partners across multiple markets.

  • Convert commercial discussions into signed partnership agreements.

  • Build visibility and awareness of the partnership proposition in each country.

  • Develop relationships with real estate owners, investors, and decision-makers.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of new deals across the region.

Required Experience

  • Senior B2B sales or business development leadership in a fast-growing multinational environment.

  • Proven track record of closing large, complex partnership or investment deals.

  • Experience leading remote commercial teams.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and financial acumen.

  • Background in real estate, franchising, or service-led B2B sales is an advantage.

  • Ability to work under pressure, travel frequently, and operate across diverse cultures.
