We are looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent an innovative premium beverage company in Denmark!
The Brand Ambassador will implement a powerful Pull strategy to elevate consumer demand, drive brand visibility, and activate both on- and off-premise channels. This role is hands-on, market-focused, and ideal for a dynamic professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for brand-building.

Our client is a family-owned, family-run wine & spirits company dedicated to the creation and development of unique, premium beverage brands.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute the annual sales plan in collaboration with the Regional Market Manager.
- Represent and manage the brand portfolio in Denmark and Norway, visiting accounts across the territory.
- Activate accounts across on-premise (low to high energy, nightlife) and off-premise (RIT/independent liquor stores).
- Plan and implement sales programs in the market.
- Create and run consumer activation programs, including tastings and product demos.
- Build and manage strong relationships with importer stakeholders (MDs, marketing teams, reps).
- Support budget development and manage sales budgets efficiently.
- Monitor SKU-level depletions and inventory to prevent stockouts and plan for growth.
- Ensure execution of agreed price structures and use of POS/marketing assets in the field.
- Participate in program-specific POS development and ensure their application.
- Regularly survey the market to ensure optimal execution of distribution, pricing, displays, and programs.
- Travel to meet buyers, distributors, and company sales personnel.
- Join importer sales and planning meetings to align on strategy.
- Guarantee correct SKU positioning within defined brand standards.
Candidate profile
- Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry.
- Strong ability to work independently and in an entrepreneurial setting.
- High social intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong energy and drive to meet objectives.
- Strong planning and organizational capability.
- Ability to prepare consistent weekly/monthly reports.
- Deep understanding of importer operations and pricing structures.
- Demonstrated leadership and negotiation skills.
- Existing wholesaler relationships are a plus.
- Financially responsible and experienced in budget handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 4–5 days per week.
