We are looking for a Senior Customer Integration Engineer based in Hamburg to join the European Enterprise team of a fast-growing global SaaS company. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on enabling seamless technical integration and long-term value realization for top-tier clients.

You’ll drive complex enterprise deals by delivering technical credibility and ensuring fast, effective onboarding that maximizes business impact.

What will you do?

  • Partner with New Business Sales to map technical solutions, including APIs, data architecture, and security requirements.

  • Design and present customized technical solutions aligned with long-term strategic goals, including demos and POCs.

  • Define integration strategies, data migrations, and deployment methodologies in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Co-develop Success Plans with Customer Success Managers focusing on technical adoption metrics.

  • Lead technical onboarding, ensuring efficient integration, configuration, and smooth handoffs with customer IT teams.

  • Solve complex technical issues, deliver advanced guidance, and host technical workshops for key clients.

  • Ensure measurable business outcomes through hands-on adoption and implementation leadership.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar) in a SaaS enterprise setting.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration technologies (REST APIs, webhooks), data platforms (ETL, warehousing), and security protocols.

  • Working knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and tools (CRM, Postman, data platforms).

  • Experience with RFP/RFI processes in technical contexts.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Ability to align complex technical needs with clear business value.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.

  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, ideally within Agile product and engineering teams.
