What will you do?

  • Lead lunch and dinner kitchen operations in a fine dining Mediterranean restaurant

  • Develop and execute a modern Southern European menu, with a focus on Italian, Greek, and French culinary traditions

  • Ensure flawless delivery of dishes with strong emphasis on quality, presentation, and consistency

  • Build and mentor a high-performing culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability

  • Manage procurement, kitchen budgets, hygiene compliance, and food safety protocols

  • Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience

  • Uphold the standards of a premium dining venue in a dynamic, upscale hospitality environment

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as Chef de Cuisine in a luxury or standalone fine dining setting

  • Deep knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, especially Southern Italian, Greek, and French gastronomy

  • Demonstrated ability to design refined, ingredient-driven menus that are both modern and rooted in tradition

  • Experience managing teams in fast-paced, high-end restaurant environments

  • Previous exposure to the Middle East market is a strong advantage

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence
