Job description
An exceptional opportunity is open for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a globally recognized luxury hospitality brand at one of its most iconic properties in Abu Dhabi. This role offers a high-impact position within the Sales & Marketing team, driving the full digital strategy and online presence of the hotel and its revenue-generating divisions.

What will you do?

Develop and execute the full digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and commercial performance.

Lead and manage all e-commerce opportunities, ensuring alignment with hotel sales and marketing objectives.

Own and manage the hotel’s online presence, including website content, web traffic, and SEO performance.

Oversee social media strategies, including organic content creation and paid campaign management.

Plan and execute 360° digital campaigns promoting all revenue streams (rooms, F&B, spa, etc.).

Act as the guardian of brand compliance across all digital media platforms and corporate websites.

Lead collaboration with digital agencies for performance and social media marketing campaigns.

Conduct regular market research to optimize online positioning across key partners (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, TripAdvisor).

Drive content production for performance marketing, aligned with brand and creative standards.

Introduce new digital tools and platforms to enhance team productivity and campaign efficiency.

Report on KPIs and digital campaign performance, contributing to broader marketing strategy development.

Work closely with MOHG branding and digital teams to ensure all projects meet brand guidelines.

Support the management of the annual digital marketing budget and related expenditures.
Requirements

Degree in Marketing, eCommerce Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role, ideally within luxury hospitality.

Strong project management and strategic leadership skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt across audiences.

Proven experience with creative content development and digital storytelling.

Deep understanding of SEO, online distribution, and performance marketing strategies.

Experienced in managing multiple digital platforms and marketing tools.

Ability to think innovatively while maintaining brand integrity.

Commercially driven with a strong understanding of total revenue management in hospitality.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
