We are looking for a Business Development Representative to support client expansion into the DACH market from our base in Barcelona!

This role is ideal for individuals eager to engage in high-impact client-facing work, develop a deep understanding of sales strategy, and grow within a dynamic and innovative environment. You will be at the forefront of driving results for clients by managing outreach campaigns, qualifying leads, and delivering tailored prospect engagement.

What will you do?

  • Manage responses from outreach campaigns, handle follow-ups, and drive qualified leads through the sales funnel

  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings with key prospects

  • Execute personalized prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls when needed

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records to reflect all interactions and sales progress

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to refine campaign messaging and increase conversion rates

 

Candidate profile

  • Previous client-facing experience in sales, customer service, consulting, hospitality, call centers, or similar (internships included)

  • Strong proficiency in German (minimum C1 level)

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Self-driven with strong time management and initiative

  • Resilient and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset

  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment
