• You have proven experience in a senior managerial position, coupled with 5+ years of expertise in Online Gaming and Online Marketing, with a focus on conversion, CRM/retention, and maximizing player lifetime value.
• You are a creative and analytical leader, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and deliver engaging UX and innovative player journey experiences.
• You excel in developing strategic and business plans, have a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, and know how to navigate market changes and forces to drive international growth.
• Bringing strong project management, leadership, and people skills, you effectively manage diverse teams while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), you are also fluent in both English and German, with a systematic, solution-oriented approach to your work.
• You are self-motivated, customer-oriented, flexible, and highly responsible, excelling in both independent and team-oriented work environments while maintaining strong organizational and time-management skills.
