What will you do?

  • Conduct gap analyses across key jurisdictions (e.g. MGA, UKGC, Ontario, Sweden, etc.)
  • Develop compliance policies across B2B and B2C, focusing on Marketing, AML, and Safer Gambling
  • Maintain and enhance existing governance frameworks
  • Collaborate with SG/AML and marketing compliance teams to implement operational procedures
  • Monitor and assess regulatory changes for business impact
  • Ensure regulatory obligations are continuously met
  • Take accountability for policy deliverables and support external audits

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in gaming compliance or regulatory governance
  • Strong knowledge of multi-jurisdictional regulations (MGA, UKGC, Ontario, etc.)
  • Skilled in policy drafting, regulatory gap analysis, and risk assessments
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently with high accountability
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Integrity and responsibility essential for high-level accountability
  • Desirable: Experience with B2B/B2C, legal/compliance certifications (e.g. ICA, ACAMS)
